John started his career at Next retail eventually becoming a Retail Operations Manager for an international watch brand. In 1995 he joined an international Search firm as the Director of Talent Acquisition, assisting both branded and privately owned companies such as Adidas, Marks & Spencer, Levi Strauss and Nike on hiring senior management within their leadership teams across Europe, the USA and Asia. 

After six years working for himself in the same field, John joined the Fusion family at the beginning of 2011.

Most of John's recruitment activity in the outdoor & sportswear sector mirrors his own interests.
