He is also an expert on organizational design, corporate culture, leadership development, team effectiveness, capability building, and transformational change.
Stefan has more than 25 years of experience in the Sporting goods and Textile industry. He previously served as the European Managing Director at Californian outdoor manufacturer Patagonia. Prior to that, Stefan worked at the British heritage menswear brand Wolsey as Vice President of International Development and Sales. Stefan has served as Global Sales Director at performance wear brand Peak Performance and earlier in his career as Sales Manager for Nike Northern Europe. He also held several positions with Levi Strauss, including Country Manager for Sweden.
