Although it was a passion for fashion that made Inger-Mharie head for the business it’s her curiosity in people that made her stay. During her 15 years of head hunting and recruiting she’s met thousands of applicants and she’s developed and nurtured a network that reaches every single part of the business. A background that makes her extremely skilled to find the right person for every commitment. Through the years Inger-Mharie has worked in sales, buying and as visual merchandiser. She was also co-funder of the Swedish recruiting company Modeverket. Inger-Mharie is educated marketing specialist. She mainly works with research and candidate interviews for positions in buying, sales, design and production.
